HR OPERATIONS MANAGER – EMEA

This role involves managing and aligning human resources strategies across multiple countries. The HR Operations Manager ensures HR policies, talent management, and workforce strategies support the company's global objectives while complying with local labor laws.

Direct Reports include:

  • Strategic HR leadership for Belgium, France, Italy, Spain, Morocco, and the UK, reporting directly to the CHRO.
  • Leading and developing international HR teams with local HR leaders, ensuring collaboration with local and global business units.
  • Developing and implementing innovative HR strategies aligned with global HR policies for consistent management.
  • Advising management on HR strategy issues and leading change management and transformation processes within regions, including succession planning.
  • Promoting a performance and value-oriented culture through management development and employee retention programs.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws, collective bargaining, and internal regulations, and monitoring adherence.
  • Conducting benchmark analyses of remuneration systems and managing market-driven pay structures and benefits in line with global guidelines.
  • Utilizing innovative HR tech solutions, such as AI-supported tools for recruiting, performance management, and learning & development.
  • Managing HR KPIs and regional reports.
  • Occasional management of payroll issues in certain countries.
  • For Italy, focus on payroll management, PSP management, price negotiations, recruitment, project setup, and digitalization of HR processes.

Requirements:

  • Degree (MBA preferred) in Business, HR Management, Psychology, or a similar field, with extensive experience in a senior HR role with international responsibilities, preferably in the automotive or industrial sectors.
  • Strong leadership, intercultural skills, and change management experience, with solid knowledge of international labor law, collective bargaining, and compliance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse, and challenging environment; decisive and problem-solving skills.
  • Diplomatic, team-oriented, responsible, with excellent communication skills to engage effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and Italian is essential; French and Spanish are advantageous.

The ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication, organizational, operational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork skills.

The offer: Salary will be commensurate with experience and seniority.
