Description:

Main activities:

  1. Contribute to HRIS improvements and develop new modules, including coordinating IT change control requests;
  2. Run reports to support data cleansing efforts (e.g., KPI reports) and update databases (e.g., for Finance forecasting);
  3. Harmonize, integrate, and simplify HR Data Management;
  4. Reconcile data errors and ensure high data quality;
  5. Liaise with HR Business Partners and HR Administration;
  6. Streamline and improve current HRIS processes;
  7. Serve as the primary contact for Workday within the company: train HR staff and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Work experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a matrix-based organizational structure.

Education:

  • Master’s degree in Business Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.

Knowledge:

  • Basic understanding of Employee data.
  • Basic skills in SAP reporting, data manipulation, and statistical modeling.
  • Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and ability to interpret and integrate data from multiple sources.
  • Experience in data curation, acquisition, cleaning, management, interpretation, and presentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Dataiku, etc.

  • Resilience and ability to manage multiple tasks, countries, and deadlines.
  • Leadership qualities to influence HR team members across borders.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional project teams.
  • Cultural openness and willingness to travel across Europe (up to 10%).

Languages:

  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • French is a plus.
