What do we look for?

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition & Payroll, preferably in hospitality or food & beverage sectors
• Expertise in blue-collar hiring and workforce management
• Strong knowledge of Italian labor laws, payroll regulations, and health & safety laws
• Experience managing payroll processes and using payroll software
• Experience in the pre-opening phase of a restaurant or hotel (highly preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Italian and English
• Strong multitasking and time-management abilities

What will you work on?

• Oversee HR functions for Nusr-Et Milan, ensuring compliance with local laws and company values
• Manage recruitment for operational and blue-collar roles
• Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent in hospitality
• Handle payroll processing in accordance with Italian regulations
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and health & safety regulations
• Maintain HR policies, employee handbooks, and compliance documentation
• Provide guidance on employee relations, contracts, and workplace issues
• Lead training and development initiatives
• Implement employee engagement and retention strategies
• Collaborate with headquarters on HR strategies and reporting
