This role involves managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee training, while also supporting performance management and salary reviews. Job Description:

JOB PURPOSE

The position is based in Tuscany (Terranuova Bracciolini). The candidate will be responsible for all HR activities at the leather goods plants in Italy. Reporting to the HR Director of the LG Division, they will actively support HR processes across all plants.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage recruitment activities and internal mobility, supporting Line Managers in identifying suitable candidates;
  • Oversee onboarding procedures, communicate new hires internally, and assist with hire documentation and plant-specific needs;
  • Manage internal training and development programs to support employee growth;
  • Support annual processes such as budget planning, performance management, and salary reviews;
  • Manage temporary workers and related budgets;
  • Ensure administrative tasks are completed, liaise with payroll and labor cost teams, and provide HR reports to stakeholders;
  • Handle disciplinary actions;
  • Manage industrial relations activities within the plants.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field;

Minimum 5-6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment;

Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

Results-driven with the ability to balance diverse needs and align with stakeholder objectives;

Proactive, independent, and autonomous work style;

Willingness and flexibility to undertake frequent national business trips as required.
