ICON is seeking an HR Manager for its operations in Italy with the flexibility of hybrid work based in Milan. This role involves strategic HR planning, employee relations management, and compliance with local regulations, requiring strong experience in HR management and excellent communication skills. The Role
HR Manager role for the ICON business in Italy and a number of other countries within the Med regional area. The ideal candidate will have some HR Manager experience or have strong HR Generalist experience with a desire to step into a HR Manager role. The role will be a Hybrid role so you will ideally be based in Milan.
The country / sub region HR Manager, working as part of the broader EMEA region HR function and with the support of the HR Shared service team and specialist HR areas of Reward, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition etc., supports country leadership, site heads and people leaders across the broad portfolio of HR activity.

Location : Milan Hybrid with possibility to work 40% from home.
