We are a rapidly growing luxury brand with an international presence, operating through both WHOLESALE and RETAIL channels. Our approach is youthful and dynamic, aligning with major international market trends. We are seeking a talented professional to join our team.
The successful candidate will oversee and develop the HR functions, managing 2 brands within the Group, 2 Corner locations, and the existing foreign legal entities, while coordinating a team of 3 resources (including 1 HR Specialist and 2 reception staff).
With an expansion plan aimed at developing the RETAIL channel, it is strategic for the Group to find a candidate capable of supporting HR processes across the organization.
An indefinite contract, a competitive annual gross salary (RAL) commensurate with experience, and performance-based bonuses (MBO).
