About the Company

We are a rapidly growing luxury brand with an international presence, operating through both WHOLESALE and RETAIL channels. Our approach is youthful and dynamic, aligning with major international market trends. We are seeking a talented professional to join our team.

Position Overview

The successful candidate will oversee and develop the HR functions, managing 2 brands within the Group, 2 Corner locations, and the existing foreign legal entities, while coordinating a team of 3 resources (including 1 HR Specialist and 2 reception staff).

Strategic Focus

With an expansion plan aimed at developing the RETAIL channel, it is strategic for the Group to find a candidate capable of supporting HR processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Define talent acquisition and retention processes, and plan organizational needs.
  2. Manage recruiting processes and onboarding of new talents.
  3. Map competencies, evaluate performance, and plan training and development initiatives.
  4. Manage budgets related to recruiting, training, and external consultancy services.
  5. Define, manage, and monitor the HR budget.
  6. Coordinate with external companies for personnel administration.
Candidate Profile
  • Degree in Human Resources or similar experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Preferably from the fashion and luxury industry, with experience in structured, international contexts.
  • Proactive, dynamic, with excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
What We Offer

An indefinite contract, a competitive annual gross salary (RAL) commensurate with experience, and performance-based bonuses (MBO).
