A high-growth tech company in Italy is seeking an experienced HR Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will lead a geographically dispersed HR team, advise senior stakeholders, and manage key HR transformation projects. The Opportunity We're supporting a high-growth, product-led tech company in their search for an experienced

HR Manager

to join their global People function on a

12-month fixed-term basis .

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in driving people strategy across the EMEA region while supporting teams globally, particularly within product and engineering. You'll lead a geographically dispersed HR team, advise senior stakeholders, and help shape a best-in-class employee experience during a crucial phase of growth and transformation.

What You’ll Be Doing :

Lead and support a small, agile HR team distributed across multiple regions, providing day-to-day guidance and strategic direction Act as a trusted partner to senior leadership, driving people strategy, engagement, and organisational change initiatives Provide expert support on complex employee relations issues and ensure compliance with EMEA employment laws and practices Deliver and manage key HR transformation projects, including onboarding enhancements, internal communications, and policy development Lead improvements to internal HR systems and platforms to support a scalable, efficient People function Design and deliver practical training workshops for managers on topics such as performance management, employee relations, and talent development Ensure all HR policies and procedures remain compliant with local employment legislation across multiple jurisdictions Conduct regular HR audits and manage investigations to ensure consistent and fair application of policies Support succession planning and internal talent development by contributing to the design and execution of strategic people initiatives

What We’re Looking For Proven experience in a global HR leadership

role within a fast-paced, scaling, matrixed business. Track record of managing and developing HR teams. Strong understanding of EMEA employment law. Confident in translating people data into actionable insights. A proactive problem-solver with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
