Position Summary
As HR Manager, you will take full ownership of the Human Resources function in Italy, ensuring HR excellence in compliance, operations, and talent strategy. You will work closely with the local leadership and global HR team to build and nurture a high-performing, engaged, and values-driven workforce.

Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). Minimum 6 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role. Deep knowledge of Italian labor law, HR practices, and compliance requirements. Proven success in a startup, scale-up, or greenfield environment is a strong advantage. Fluent in Italian and English.
