HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGERMain PurposeThe purpose of the HR Manager is to ensure that the Company People strategy is embedded in the property, acting as a trusted partner to the leadership team and actively contributing to the hotel's success.
Reports to : Area Director of HR, Northern Italy, and in a dotted line to the General Manager.
- Main duties and responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations
- Foster a workplace culture that inspires and engages our People, where everyone feels valued
- Shape a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle
- Implement a performance management approach ensuring managers and team members have SMART objectives, receive regular feedback, and develop competencies
- Collaborate with Management to develop engaging activities (e.g., Team Building, Staff Parties)
- Support HODs in analyzing Engagement Survey results and planning action plans
- Coordinate with the Personnel Administrator to ensure HR practices comply with national law and align with Company culture
- Assist leadership in managing workplace conflicts proactively and positively
- Handle disciplinary processes in cooperation with the Area HR Director
- Support Regional Recruitment Team in hiring processes, including interviews and overseeing HODs’ actions
- Organize school visits, Company meetings, and participate in local Career and Job Fairs with the Regional Recruitment Manager
- Partner with HODs to identify learning needs and report to the L&D Manager
- Manage onboarding processes and deliver the Induction program for new employees
- Assist the L&D Manager in organizing training sessions and logistics
- Advise on personal development plans and systems to identify high-potential employees, develop career paths, and succession plans
- Organize H&S training and monitor certificates and expiration dates

Other requirements
- Experience in Human Resources, hospitality preferred
- Advanced English proficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent
