We are currently looking for: HR MANAGER

You will be a reference point for all HR topics, with the goal of structuring and guiding the evolution of the Human Resources area, supporting operational teams, and aligning people, processes, and company objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Plan personnel needs in line with the company's growth plans, actively collaborating with managers across departments;
  2. Implement effective talent acquisition and talent development strategies, promoting internal growth;
  3. Design compensation & benefits policies and structured career paths, complemented by targeted training plans;
  4. Maintain a constant presence on the ground, facilitating direct and ongoing dialogue with all operational areas;
  5. Coordinate personnel administration and supervise the payroll process in collaboration with external providers;
  6. Ensure the correct application of labor laws and company policies;
  7. Manage labor relations with support from legal advisors;
  8. Monitor and manage the HR budget, optimizing costs and investments;
  9. Promote a cohesive corporate culture based on shared values, transparency, and responsibility.
Requirements
  • Degree in Legal or Economic disciplines;
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in similar roles within structured environments, preferably in the logistics, industrial, or high-labor-intensive service sectors;
  • Excellent knowledge of labor laws and union dynamics;
  • Hands-on approach, flexibility, and ability to work closely with the business;
  • Excellent relational, leadership, and stress management skills.
