Position Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Manager for our Lainate (MI) Plant. This role involves managing employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, compensation, compliance, and records management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with local and European leaders to implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure standardized processes and policies are applied according to company strategy and local needs.
• Drive organizational development based on input from senior management and line managers.
• Manage talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, and development programs.
• Support and coach line managers and leaders in strategic decision-making and organizational effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and manage labor relations.
• Maintain relations with trade unions and industrial associations.
• Oversee headcount, labor costs, and workforce planning within budget.
• Execute recruitment processes effectively.
• Promote engagement and culture-related initiatives.
• Participate in local and broader organizational projects as needed.
• Partner with EHS to foster a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with Legal to ensure GDPR compliance.
• Identify training needs, coordinate, and evaluate training programs.
• Manage internal communication strategies.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a multinational manufacturing environment.
• Strong professional HR experience in a multinational company.
• Self-motivated, organized, and proactive.
• Proficiency in English.
