Tofflon Group is seeking an HR Manager based in Novara, Italy, to lead recruitment efforts and employee relations. The candidate will be responsible for developing retention strategies, administering payroll, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Ideal applicants should hold a bachelor's degree in HR or a related field and have a minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.

  2. Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  3. Develop retention strategies and career development programs.

  5. Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  6. Conduct investigations into workplace issues and recommend solutions.
  7. Policy & Compliance
  8. Update and enforce HR policies in accordance with legal requirements.
  9. Maintain knowledge of employment legislation.
  10. Payroll & Benefits
  11. Administer payroll, benefits programs, and compensation structures.
  12. Conduct market salary benchmarking.
  13. Training & Development
  14. Identify training needs and coordinate professional development initiatives.
  15. HR Analytics
  16. Analyze HR metrics (turnover, hiring costs, employee engagement) to inform decisions.
  17. Prepare reports for senior management.
  18. Culture & Engagement
  19. Organize team-building activities and employee recognition programs.
  20. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Qualifications

  1. Education :
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR certification is preferred.
  3. Experience :
  4. Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience. Experience in the pharmaceutical equipment or manufacturing industry is preferred.
  5. Experience working in multiple European countries (Italy, Germany, UK, France, etc.) is preferred.
  6. Skills :
  7. Proficiency in English or Chinese language skills are required.
  8. Expertise in HRIS and MS Office.
  9. Strong result-oriented mindset.
  10. Comprehensive knowledge of employment law and compliance.
  11. Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
  12. Strategic thinking with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
