Our Client is one of the main brands of a worldwide luxury goods group, based near Florence, Italy. We are seeking a strategic HR Manager to support the HR Director, with frequent interaction with the worldwide headquarters.

Posizione

As HR Manager, part of the Human Resources Department, you will oversee core HR processes to staff the company appropriately, support organizational development aligned with business evolution, and ensure a positive, welcoming working environment.

This role offers:

  • International experience and knowledge development in luxury goods business processes.
  • Engagement in challenging projects and collaboration with management and employees to reinforce brand values, improve working relationships, and foster loyalty.
Responsabilità principali
  • Developing and managing employer branding activities at local, group, and brand levels.
  • Serving as the referent for Diversity & Inclusion projects, promoting and implementing measures to expand D&I culture within the company.
  • Managing daily relationships with trade unions, conducting monthly meetings, and handling litigation and disciplinary issues following company policies.
  • Supervising general services activities (canteen, fleet, cleaning, events, visits).
  • Supporting transversal projects at company and brand levels, in collaboration with HR Group Networking.
  • Managing budgets for each responsibility area.
Requisiti
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 6-8 years in HR roles with responsibilities; experience in industrial or luxury/fashion sectors is a plus.
  • Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and take initiative independently.
  • Teamwork, proactivity, flexibility, problem-solving skills.
  • Technical skills: Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), HRIS systems, internet tools.
  • Languages: Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are advantageous.

Location: Near Florence.
