Our Client is a leading brand within a worldwide luxury goods group, based near Florence, Italy. We are seeking a strategic HR Manager to support the HR Director, with frequent interactions with the worldwide HQ.

Position

As an HR Manager within the Human Resources Department, you will oversee key HR processes to staff the company appropriately, develop the organization in line with business growth, and ensure a peaceful and welcoming work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with management and employees to promote Brand Values, enhancing relationships, sense of belonging, and loyalty.
  • Provide daily support to managers and staff for any issues or critical situations.
  • Develop and manage local and group-level Employer Branding activities.
  • Act as the referent for Diversity & Inclusion projects, promoting an inclusive culture within the company.
  • Maintain relationships with internal trade unions, hold monthly meetings, and handle litigation and disciplinary matters per company policies.
  • Supervise general services activities (canteen, fleet, cleaning, events, external visits).
  • Support transversal projects at the company and brand level, collaborating with HR Group Networking.
  • Manage budgets for each area of responsibility.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR or related field.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of HR experience in roles of responsibility, preferably in industrial, luxury, or fashion sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks.
  • Proactive and autonomous with a strong sense of initiative.
  • Team-oriented, flexible, and proactive.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), HRIS systems, and internet tools.
  • Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
