The HR Geo Services Associate roles serve as the primary contact between the business and employees, facilitating HR processes. The role has a solid purpose in managing activities aimed at ensuring compliance with Health & Safety policies according to Italian legislation.

Main Duties
  • Mandatory training in Health & Safety and Surveillance Plan (medical health check)
  • Maintaining the Org Chart (safety)
  • Supporting HR audits
  • Focusing on the hiring process, from talent acquisition to proposal letter, including internships and relations with institute stakeholders
  • Conducting exit interviews when applicable
  • Supporting Workday implementation
  • Providing day-to-day HR support for all employee levels
  • Building and maintaining relationships with managers
  • Managing HR policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of human resources experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
  • English language skills at level B2
  • Knowledge of Italian labor law
