Job Description

Adecco Credit & Banking is seeking a HR Generalist for a prestigious banking organization. The role is within the HR Department and involves:

• Payroll control
• Drafting of intent and employment letters
• Onboarding process management
• Supplier management via dedicated software
• Employee relations

Requirements:

• Degree
• Previous experience, even brief or internship, in similar roles
• Good knowledge of English and Microsoft Office suite

Additional qualities include strong interpersonal skills, accuracy, and attention to detail. The position is initially a three-month temporary contract with possible extension, based on substitution needs. The salary range is approximately €35,000-€40,000, depending on experience. Full-time, 37 hours/week. Location: Milan.
