Descrizione del lavoro

Adecco Credit & Banking is currently recruiting for an International Bank based in Milan for the position of HR Generalist - Operation Specialist.

Within the Italy HR team, you will be responsible for the following activities:

  1. Managing HR systems, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  2. Collaborating in the monthly processing of payroll in a complex environment with unique peculiarities.
  3. Participating in Group and local projects aimed at improving HR processes.
  4. Supporting activities related to managing benefits programs.
  5. Analyzing procedures owned by the HR function and facilitating their updates.
  6. Conducting strategic analysis of HR management indicators.
  7. Working closely with the local team and off-shore hub, managing the ticketing system with a focus on internal customer satisfaction.
  8. Collaborating with the HR Head of Italy and HR Business Partner to facilitate resource management and serve as an interface with functions such as controlling and accounting.
  9. Participating actively in business projects across various divisions involving HR.

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  2. Ideally 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Administrative role.
  3. Developed analytical skills in complex, fast-paced environments.
  4. Good knowledge of English.
  5. Proficiency in HR management systems, particularly HR Infinity (Zucchetti), and Microsoft Office (Excel).

We offer a fixed-term contract of 6 months, with the possibility of extension and subsequent direct hiring.

Contract details: CCNL Credito, RAL 35K + ticket, Full-time, 37 hours/week.

Location: Milan.

Availability: Full Time.

Union: CCNL Credito.
