HR Generalist - Operation Specialist

Adecco Credit & Banking is currently recruiting for an International Bank based in Milan a HR Generalist - Operation Specialist.

Within the Italy HR team, you will be responsible for the following activities:

  1. Managing HR systems, with a view to continuous improvement
  2. Collaborating in the monthly processing of payroll in a complex environment with unique peculiarities
  3. Participating in Group and local projects concerning the improvement of HR processes
  4. Assisting in activities related to benefits programs
  5. Analyzing procedures owned by the function and facilitating their updates
  6. Conducting strategic analysis of HR management indicators
  7. Collaborating closely with the local team and the off-shore hub, managing the ticketing system with a focus on internal customer satisfaction
  8. Working with the HR Head of Italy and HR Business Partner to facilitate resource management and serve as an interface with controlling and accounting functions
  9. Participating actively in business projects involving the HR function across divisions

The ideal candidate has:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Ideally 2 years of experience in a HR Generalist or Administrative role
  • Developed analytical skills in complex, fast-paced environments
  • Good command of English
  • Knowledge of main HR management systems, especially HR Infinity (Zucchetti), and proficiency in Office tools (Excel)

We offer a fixed-term contract of 6 months, extendable, with potential for direct hiring thereafter.
