HR Manager (Italy) at DR SMILE

You will be responsible for HR processes (Talent Acquisition and HR Operations) for our Italian DR SMILE team in Milan.

You will serve as the main HR contact for the Italian team and our German headquarters.

Your duties include sourcing new talent via job postings and active sourcing (e.g., LinkedIn), managing contracts, and coordinating payroll with our external agency.

You will also act as the feel-good manager for the Italian team, organizing team events, employer branding activities, and conducting feel-good talks.

Your Skills

• At least 3 years of experience in HR processes (recruiting, operations, office management) in Italy.
• Degree in business administration, HR management, corporate communication, or similar.
• Friendly, motivated, professional, and open demeanor representing our company.
• Independent, structured, with a hands-on mentality and good overview.
• Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written).
