The HR Generalist works closely with HRBPs to manage both strategic planning responsibilities and administrative tasks in every area of HR including compensation and benefits, internal communication, recruitment and employee training. You will support the HRBP Commercial for the Field Sales Force management and the local Graduate Program.

Main Accountabilities

You will directly report to the HRBP Commercial & Organizational Development Manager and you will focus on the following areas:

  • Recruitment: Autonomous management of the selection process, handover and onboarding for interns in the commercial functions and selection of Field Sales related roles; support Employer branding external events.
  • HR Administration and operational support: lead the expense note SAP process, support the team in opening orders and managing invoices in SAP Ariba, provide system (SF) administration support to HRBP.
  • Internal Communication: lead and support the internal communication process and the HR monthly newsletters, management of internal events and fundraising initiatives.
  • Employee Engagement: Coordination and management of HR business projects, employee’s satisfaction surveys and projects to promote employees engagement or well-being.

HR BP Commercial Support: provide support and coaching to the Sales field functions, in the consistent use of global and local HR tools, processes and policies; autonomous management of Reckitt Graduate Program and Graduate Projects, support HRBP and handling in the deployment of funded training activities; create onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations.

Requirements
  • 2 years of experience as HR Generalist, in a fast-moving international environment
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in Italian and English
