Job Opportunity: HR Generalist - Labour Consultant

In Job S.p.A. - Career Center di Treviso is seeking an HR Generalist - Labour Consultant for a prominent trade association. The candidate, integrated into a solid and dynamic environment and supported by the Area Manager, will serve as a reference point for consulting with affiliated companies, managing all aspects related to employment law, from hiring to dismissal, including drafting employment contracts, managing atypical employment relationships, and handling payroll compliance.

Responsibilities

1. Managing placement and recruitment processes
2. Administering and managing personnel
3. Preparing documentation for the payroll office

Requirements

1. Educational background in Labour Consulting or related fields
2. Preferably at least 3 years of experience, including freelance work
3. Reliability, practicality, and excellent organizational skills
4. Strong communication skills and ability to manage interpersonal relationships
5. Registration with professional registers is not required

Offer Details

• Direct contract with the client company
• Location: Province of Treviso
• Full-time position with flexible hours: 8:00 to 18:00, including a 30-minute lunch break
