Ephos is building a first-in-kind HR function from scratch to scale a high-growth, photonics and advanced packaging startup. You will own the people agenda, from sourcing and hiring to compensation, performance management, and culture, as Ephos expands rapidly and competes globally for top talent.

Competenze

• 3-7 years of HR experience, including a meaningful stint as an early or solo HR hire in a high-growth startup.
• Strong generalist HR capabilities across recruiting, compensation design, performance management, and employee relations.
• Analytical and data-driven.
• Comfortable operating without established playbooks in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent communicator and trusted partner to senior stakeholders.
• Can commit to full time office presence.
• Demands high commitment and high ambition in a fast-paced environment.

• Own end-to-end recruiting for highly specialised technical and operational roles.
• Design Ephos's core people infrastructure: leveling, salary bands, promotion policy, and PM process.
• Partner with team leads to drive a high-performance culture and establish new team lead roles.
• Track and report key people metrics to leadership.
• Drive talent development initiatives from within to grow future leaders.
