As an HR Generalist, you will play a central role in managing daily HR activities.
Responsibilities include:
Recruitment and Selection: liaising with managers to define staffing needs, drafting job descriptions, posting advertisements, collaborating with employment agencies, and actively sourcing candidates.
Training Management: identifying training needs in collaboration with department managers and organizing training courses.
Employee Lifecycle Management: handling onboarding and termination processes.
Personnel Administration: managing contracts, attendance systems, and payroll checks.
Induction: onboarding new hires.
Data Management: updating and processing data in systems.
Communication: preparing HR-related communications for employees.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in a similar HR role.
Degree in economics, law, or humanities.
Accuracy, autonomy, and good organizational skills.
Good command of the English language.
