We are looking for a dynamic and well-organized HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. The selected candidate will be involved in various operational and organizational activities to support both employees and the overall structure.
Main Responsibilities:
- Liaise with the occupational health physician for scheduling pre-employment and periodic medical check-ups
- Manage the HR calendar and maintain an organized archive of documents
- Coordinate mandatory training courses (Health & Safety, Fire Safety and First Aid Teams, HACCP)
- Organize internal activities such as:
- Orientation for new hires
- Birthday and anniversary celebrations
- Lunch with the GM
- Celebration of Employees & Leader of the Quarter
- Regularly update HR notice boards
- Maintain attendance records for agency staff and support monthly reporting
Requirements:
- Fluent in both Italian and English
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure while remaining calm, organized, and efficient
