As an HR Generalist, you will play a central role in managing daily HR activities.

Responsibilities:
  1. Recruitment and Selection: liaising with managers to define staffing needs, drafting job descriptions, posting job ads, collaborating with agencies for recruitment, and actively sourcing candidates.
  2. Training Management: identifying training needs in collaboration with department managers and organizing training sessions.
  3. Employee Lifecycle Management: overseeing onboarding and termination processes.
  4. Personnel Administration: handling contracts, managing attendance systems, and payroll checks.
  5. Induction Management: onboarding new employees.
  6. Data Management: updating and processing data in systems.
  7. Communication: preparing HR-related communications for employees.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar HR role.
  • Degree in economics, law, or humanities.
  • Accuracy, independence, and good organizational skills.
  • Good command of the English language.
