HR Generalist

based in Aprilia (Italy).

What You Will Do In Your Role
  1. Reporting activities
  2. Gathering and analysis of HR data
  3. Assist in development and implementation of HR policies
  4. Handling of internal communications
  5. Handling of Data Protection requirements
  6. Handling of Disabled workers law requirements
  7. Provide support to the different company functions in particular H&S, Quality and Company Physician
  8. Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute HR programs
  9. Support in the administrative management of employees (leave / holidays, contracts, payroll, etc.) and provide an effective HR advisory service to employees in relation, for example, to absence and health issues, organizational changes and all other employee-relations matters
  10. Interaction with staffing agencies
  11. Undertake tasks related to performance management
  12. Conduct employee onboarding
  13. Provide support on the handling of Benefit plans
  14. Provide support to the payroll office on different matters (e.g., leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
  15. Maintain employee records and files
  16. Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve HR department efficiency
  17. Ensure compliance with labor law regulations
The Experience You Will Bring
  • Proven experience working in an HR department.
  • Knowledge of ADP platform is a plus.
  • Good command of English language.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Aptitude for problem-solving.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Flexibility.
