HR Generalist
based in Aprilia (Italy).
What You Will Do In Your Role
- Reporting activities
- Gathering and analysis of HR data
- Assist in development and implementation of HR policies
- Handling of internal communications
- Handling of Data Protection requirements
- Handling of Disabled workers law requirements
- Provide support to the different company functions in particular H&S, Quality and Company Physician
- Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute HR programs
- Support in the administrative management of employees (leave / holidays, contracts, payroll, etc.) and provide an effective HR advisory service to employees in relation, for example, to absence and health issues, organizational changes and all other employee-relations matters
- Interaction with staffing agencies
- Undertake tasks related to performance management
- Conduct employee onboarding
- Provide support on the handling of Benefit plans
- Provide support to the payroll office on different matters (e.g., leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
- Maintain employee records and files
- Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve HR department efficiency
- Ensure compliance with labor law regulations
The Experience You Will Bring
- Proven experience working in an HR department.
- Knowledge of ADP platform is a plus.
- Good command of English language.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Aptitude for problem-solving.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Flexibility.
