Job Responsibilities:

Fill the vacancy by recruiting, screening better candidates, and ensuring talent acquisition fits the requirements of the company. Address health, safety, and applicable benefits for employees while at work, and address their concerns if any. Maintain and update all required joining, employment, and exit documents. Conduct induction programs to ensure that employees maintain discipline and work within company policy. Educate employees if they deviate from company policy and initiate disciplinary actions if required. Prepare payrolls, manage and update leave documents and records timely, and send lists to Head Office on a monthly and yearly basis. Look after employee probation periods and confirmations, and request at Head Office for further action. Conduct and coordinate exit interviews, prepare formats, and facilitate full and final settlements and no dues for employees leaving the organization. Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies.
