Responsibilities
- Oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, training and development, employee relations, and performance management.
- Lead the annual HR budget process. Collaborate with CoDir members to understand needs and assess the organization. Critically review headcount requests, challenge assumptions, and propose alternative solutions. Participate in the LVMH Group's budget review cycles (R1, R2, Strategic Plan).
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork at all levels, particularly with CoDir colleagues.
- Identify training needs and implement development programs aligned with both individual and organizational goals. Leverage LVMH Group learning resources and platforms.
- Maintain strong relationships with the Group HR community, both in Italy and at Group level. Ensure integration with LVMH Group HR processes, reporting requirements, and initiatives.
Profile / Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and employment law in Italy.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role within a luxury (or luxury related) multinational organization in Italy.
- Fluency in Italian and English. French is a plus.
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management and international colleagues.
