A leading company is seeking a Senior HR Operations Administrator based in Parma. This role involves managing HR operations across multiple plants, ensuring compliance with local laws, and enhancing employee experience. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of HR experience, particularly in a manufacturing environment, and will supervise a small team.

Job Summary :
Reporting to the HR Country Leader the Senior HR Operations Administrator will manage HR Operations processes for all Italian plants including multiple legal entities. He / she will provide local partnership and advice to local people managers and employees on Payroll Time & Attendance Data Management Employee Life Cycle documentation processes working in close collaboration with the other HR team members. The role will be based in Parma plant with business travel as required to the other Italian sites and will supervise 4 resources.
General Responsibilities :
Delivery of the HR Operational services to the different Italian plants ensuring positive customer experience risk mitigation and process excellence.
Workplace : Parma. Travel required to other company sites in northern Italy.
