HR Cost Controlling & Reporting Specialist

We are looking for an HR Cost Controlling & Reporting Specialist to join our Italy HR Payroll & Administration team.

How you make the difference

This position is important as it ensures accurate HR data analysis and reporting, driving informed decision-making on workforce planning and cost management. The expected outcomes include improving budgeting accuracy, optimizing labor costs, and providing key insights to support strategic business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing HR Dashboard with HC and HR KPI analysis (turnover, seniority, gender, etc.) and preparing official HC reports for internal or external use;
  2. Workforce and labor cost planning: forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning for Italian companies;
  3. Monthly analysis of Actual vs. Budget discrepancies (FTE / HCT) with consolidated reporting;
  4. Verifying data accuracy in HR systems such as Infobudget, SuccessFactors, and Tagetik HR;
  5. Monitoring costs related to the hiring of new employees, including costs, positions, and hiring dates.

Your team:

You will report directly to the HR Administration & Payroll Senior Manager Italy. This role does not include direct reports.
