Four Corners, a specialized recruiter in the search and selection of professionals and managers in the Fashion, Luxury, and Lifestyle sectors, is seeking candidates for a prestigious luxury company:

HR Coordinator (Temporary)

Within the Human Resources team and reporting directly to the HR Director, the HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting resource management in the industrial area, ensuring effective oversight of both strategic and operational HR processes. The role involves being a reference point for production staff and line managers, fostering a collaborative work environment aligned with company objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Operational and strategic management of labor relations, including participation in negotiations and meetings with worker representatives;
  • Oversight of employment law compliance and support in managing labor law issues;
  • Coordination of recruitment, onboarding, and induction activities for the industrial personnel;
  • Support in planning and implementing corporate training programs;
  • Assistance in performance management processes and personnel development;
  • Active involvement in projects aimed at improving employee engagement and retention;
  • Participation in organizational analysis activities and projects for restructuring and optimizing HR processes.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in economics, law, humanities, or related fields;
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in structured production environments;
  • Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken;
  • Solid understanding of labor law and union dynamics;
  • Willingness to travel within the territory;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving orientation, and sensitivity to the industrial context.
