Descrizione del lavoro

The primary objective of this role is to ensure seamless HR operations, including talent acquisition, payroll, and HR administration, across selected countries, while also providing support to the regional HR department in various HR projects.

  • Responsibilities
  • As our new colleague, your key responsibilities will include
  • Full cycle of talent acquisition, recruitment & selection activities, including orientation and training of new hires.
  • Overall contract administration (employment contracts, annexes, terminations etc.).
  • Maintenance of employment files and HR system.
  • Monthly payroll coordination in cooperation with external providers in the European Region.
  • Support in ensuring legal compliance with local labor laws and in evaluating and screening labor laws in new potential markets.
  • Drive standard HR policies and practices aligned with the Company’s culture including performance management, compensation, staffing and employee relations.
  • Consolidate regionwide HR information for review with regional management.
  • Support in further development and streamlining of all HR and admin procedures to ensure cost
  • and resource effective processes and procedures.
  • Requirements
  • To excel in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications and skills
  • 5+ years of experience in an (international) HR related function ideally with exposure to payroll processes and coordination
  • Deep knowledge of Italian labour law and collective agreement system - knowledge of any other European labour law is an asset
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management
  • very good communication skills
  • high level of numeracy and accuracy

  • aility to work independently and proactively approach stakeholders
  • excellent computer skills including Office 365 and any HRIS system.
  • language capabilities : Italian and English fluent, any other language is an asset
  • ability to travel domestically and internationally when required.
  • pro-active, and a structured team player spirit with a high degree of responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Valid work Visa in Italy.
