Join the HR Contact Center team, which supports Amazon across certain EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) countries. Our team provides multi-language support to internal customers and is looking for HR Contact Center Associates with Dutch and English. Reporting to a Team Manager, the team acts as the first point of contact for employees and managers via phone, live chat, email, and internal case management systems, addressing employee queries related to benefits, payroll, leave of absence, data management, onboarding, and terminations, as well as processing absence reporting requests.

Responsibilities :

• Handle and resolve HR queries in Dutch and English by referring to documentation such as FAQs and standard operating procedures, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Take ownership of employee contacts, ensuring each contact is accepted and resolved with a high level of customer focus.
• Identify gaps in supporting documentation, internal processes, and areas for service improvement.
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with employees to explain and resolve queries across the employee lifecycle at Amazon.
• Actively seek employee feedback to enhance service levels.
• Work on rotational shifts, including weekends, weekdays, and bank holidays.

Basic Qualifications :

• Experience in human resources
• Experience in customer service
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working in confidential environments

Preferred Qualifications :

• Fluent in Dutch (spoken, written, and reading)
