This role involves resolving HR queries for employees across EMEA, focusing on customer service and effective communication. Join the HR Contact Center team, which supports Amazon across certain EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) countries. Our team provides multi-language support to internal customers and is looking for HR Contact Center Associates with Dutch and English to join us. Reporting to a Team Manager, the team acts as the first point of contact for employees and managers via phone, live chat, email, and internal case management systems. Responsibilities include answering employee life-cycle queries related to benefits, payroll, leave of absence, data management, onboarding, and terminations, as well as processing absence reporting requests.

Responsibilities :

• Handle and resolve HR queries in Dutch and English by referring to documentation such as FAQs and standard operating procedures, escalating when necessary.
• Take ownership of employee contacts, ensuring each contact is accepted and resolved with a high level of customer focus.
• Identify gaps in supporting documentation and internal processes, and suggest improvements for customer service.
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with employees to explain and resolve queries across the employee life-cycle at Amazon.
• Actively seek employee feedback to improve service levels.
• Work on rotational shifts, including weekends, weekdays, and bank holidays.

Basic Qualifications :

• Experience in human resources
• Experience with customer service
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in confidential environments

Preferred Qualifications :

• Fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written
