Join the HR Contact Center team, which supports Amazon across certain EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) countries. Our team provides multi-language support to internal customers and is looking for HR Contact Center Associates with Dutch and English to join us. Reporting to a Team Manager, the team acts as the first point of contact for employees and managers via phone, live chat, email, and internal case management systems. Responsibilities include answering employee life-cycle queries related to benefits, payroll, leave of absence, data management, onboarding, and terminations, as well as processing absence reporting requests.

Responsibilities :

  • Handle and resolve HR queries in Dutch and English by referring to documentation such as FAQs and standard operating procedures, escalating when necessary.
  • Take ownership of employee contacts, ensuring each contact is accepted and resolved with a high level of customer focus.
  • Identify gaps in supporting documentation and internal processes, and suggest improvements for customer service.
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with employees to explain and resolve queries across the employee life-cycle at Amazon.
  • Actively seek employee feedback to improve service levels.
  • Work on rotational shifts, including weekends, weekdays, and bank holidays.

Basic Qualifications :

  • Experience in human resources
  • Experience with customer service
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in confidential environments

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written
