HR Compensation & Organization Specialist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Compensation & Organization Specialist based in Milan, reporting to the Global HR Director . This pivotal role focuses on driving organizational effectiveness, implementing global compensation programs, and maintaining HR systems (HRZ / Oracle). The role also involves developing HR policies and internal communication strategies, aligned with business priorities and group guidelines.

Key Accountabilities

  • Support business leaders in developing organizational models aligned with business priorities.
  • Maintain and apply the Group grading system consistently.
  • Implement and manage global bonus and commission programs.
  • Collaborate with regional HR teams to ensure incentive program consistency and competitiveness.
  • Oversee HR systems (HRZ, Oracle) for global application.
  • Provide support and training to HR teams on system usage.
  • Develop and communicate global HR policies in compliance with laws and best practices.
  • Lead internal communication strategies for organizational clarity.
  • Work with HR and leadership to communicate organizational changes effectively.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in compensation, HR systems, or organizational analysis, preferably in a global fashion or luxury company.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation programs, HR policies, and systems.
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
