Compensation & Organization Specialist An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Compensation & Organization Specialist based in Milan, reporting to the Global HR Director. This pivotal role will focus on driving organizational effectiveness and efficiency, implementing and managing global compensation programs, and ensuring the consistent maintenance of HR systems (HRZ / Oracle). The role will also oversee the development and communication of HR policies and internal communication strategies, all while aligning with business priorities and adhering to group guidelines..

Key Accountabilities

Support business leaders in developing organizational models aligned with business priorities and requirements.

Ensure the consistent maintenance and application of the Group grading system.

Implement and manage global bonus and commission programs that align with company goals and performance metrics.

Collaborate with regional HR teams to ensure consistency and competitiveness of incentive programs across markets.

Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HR systems (HRZ, Oracle) to ensure consistent global application.

Provide support and training to HR teams for effective system usage.

Develop, maintain, and communicate global HR policies in compliance with local laws and global best practices.

Lead internal communication strategies to ensure clear, transparent messaging across the organization.

Collaborate with HR and leadership to communicate organizational changes effectively.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation, HR systems, or organizational analysis, preferably in a global role within the fashion or luxury industry.

Strong knowledge of compensation programs, HR policies, and HR systems.

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.

Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus..
