We are seeking an experienced and goal-oriented HR Business Partner based in Taranto with labor/legal background to support our Global and Regional HR processes and initiatives in alignment with business targets and business needs. Your experience in human resources management from industrial environment will support our organization in adding value to overall business targets, providing HR solutions, resolving personnel grievances, retaining great employees and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will directly oversee the talent management and diversity agenda within the business.

Responsibilities

Duties for the HR Business Partner will include:

  • workforce planning definition, securing staffing in alignment with business objectives;
  • management of third-party employment vendors to meet workforce planning;
  • supporting leaders and employees with Labor Relations aspects and HR matters;
  • supporting for implementation of HR strategies, policies and practices in the organization, HR transformation and change management;
  • supporting recruitment of the right talents;
  • supporting in managing labor litigations, contracts and trade union relations;
  • utilizing data and analytics to track key metrics such as turnover rates, absenteeism, diversity and employee engagement levels;
  • enhancing staff performance and supporting leaders in employee development and in implementing policies, practices and other initiatives.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role should have:

  • A good business understanding, good communication and interpersonal skills, strategic understanding, good organizational and analytical skills, problem-solving attitude and a proactive nature.
  • Degree in law combined with 3-5 years professional experience in labor relations in industrial environment.
  • Furthermore, experienced in handling labor matters and negotiations with Unions (internal and external).
  • Knowledge of Italian HR practices and policies is required
  • Mother tongue Italian, fluent business English.
