A leading company in automation is seeking to enhance its HR team. This role focuses on supporting recruitment, training initiatives, and employer branding projects. Ideal candidates will possess advanced skills in English and Excel, along with strong collaboration and communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

Support the overall HR team with specific focus on recruitings, trainings and administration.

Duties:

• Complete and revise the current wellbeing and employer branding projects;
• Collaborate with the HR Recruiter team in recruitment and employer branding activities;
• Support the implementation of the annual training plan;
• Make sure that Intern/Apprentice trainings and documents are aligned with labor law requirements;
• Support the Skills Matrix implementation collaborating with all Company Managers;
• Support HR Administration department (pension found, various letters etc)
• HR reporting

Required competencies and skills:

• English Advanced knowledge;
• Excel Advanced knowledge;
• Power Point Intermediate knowledge;
• Communicate at different levels;
• Collaboration.
