Reporting to the VP HR Europe, the HR Business Partner plays a crucial role in supporting high growth and change, aligning with our ambition to be a leader in software and payments solutions.
Develop a deep understanding of your client group to grasp commercial levers, strategic priorities, and revenue targets. Use this knowledge to effectively partner with the business, ensuring all people-related initiatives support our strategic goals and growth.
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to successfully recruit roles. Coach leaders to identify, build pipelines for, and retain talent. Challenge and guide leaders in embedding effective succession planning. Align talent management with workforce strategy. Support leaders in developing their teams to reach their full potential, regardless of background or differences.
Lead and support a culture aligned with our core values, behaviors, and commercial expectations. Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives, prioritize employee health and wellbeing, and embed our values across the organization.
Streamline and improve the employee lifecycle processes including recruitment, remuneration, HR policies, talent management, performance, development, and succession planning. Work closely with group functions to ensure alignment with our people strategy and operational efficiency. Identify opportunities for improvement and mitigate risks effectively.
Build influential, trusted relationships with key stakeholders within your region. Provide coaching, guidance, and challenge aligned with strategic objectives. Foster collaboration within the HR team to meet talent, learning, and operational goals.
Promote HR initiatives internally to ensure awareness and understanding of what Planet offers as a great place to work. Act as an ambassador externally, promoting our employer brand via LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other channels.
