The role requires at least 5 years of HR experience within multinational companies, excellent English communication skills, and a collaborative mindset. Descrizione del lavoro

Main activities
  • Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to local Managers in all operational and strategic HR matters and ensure appreciative employee relations conduct across the Region (Italy, France, Spain, Turkey);
  • Collaborate directly with the Regional Director to shape the people and organizational roadmap;
  • Ensure alignment between regional HR practices and the global strategy, in synergy with Corporate HR (in Germany);
  • Manage and ensure a positive employee experience in all aspects of the employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, engagement, and offboarding;
  • Guide local Managers on workforce planning, team structures, and organizational development;
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company-wide HR standards;
  • Promote company values and drive a strong, cohesive culture;
  • Support and oversee payroll and HR administration for quality and compliance with local legal requirements;
  • Contribute to global HR initiatives and adapt them for regional relevance;
  • Lead and support change processes to help the Region scale effectively.
Requirements

Must have

  • At least 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in operational roles with an international scope within multinational companies;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Collaborative mindset, with a proactive and independent working style;
  • Ability to balance day-to-day HR delivery with strategic thinking.

Nice to have

  • Experience in establishing full HR Employee Lifecycle on a near greenfield environment;
  • Strong orientation to working in multicultural teams;
  • Hands-on, flexible, and solution-oriented approach;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels;
  • Attitude for active listening and change management;
  • Understanding of employment law and HR best practices across the Southern European Region;
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
