We are seeking an energetic and experienced HR Business PartnerR&D, Digital AI and Mechatronics to join our HQ Team at Technogym Village (Cesena, Italy). Working in a fast-paced, matrix-structure organization, you will truly be an experienced generalist covering all facets of HR, including Employee Relations, Training, Development, Communication and Engagement, Payroll, Budget & Personnel Cost Management, Talent Acquisition and HR Administration.
In this role, you will report directly to the HR Director and will be crucial in managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle and will work closely with our HQ leadership teams in deploying Company People Strategy.
Your role will ensure the management of various aspects of the employee lifecycle within strategic business areas at Group level.
Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You possess strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships with business leaders and HR colleagues.
