A day in the life
HR Business Partners get involved in a wide range of projects and work with diverse stakeholders, all aimed at making Amazon a great place to work. You’ll be based in an Amazon fulfilment centre, delivery station, or sortation centre and will frequently use data to inform decisions.
From one day to the next, you could lead various projects or support senior stakeholders in developing strategies and conducting talent reviews. You’ll be re-evaluating our working culture and exploring ways to optimize it.

About the team
Customer Fulfilment (CF) is the foundation of Amazon’s operations, handling over 1.5 million orders daily. The team manages inventory and facilitates deliveries from our fulfilment centres, which are key to our fast-paced logistics network. Our team members work with both physical products and data analysis, contributing to efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
