In this role, you will support key aspects of the employee lifecycle, from hiring to performance management, in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in economics or psychology, strong HR expertise, and be comfortable with strategic and operational HR processes.

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated HR Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with business leaders to align our people strategy with organizational goals. You'll be a trusted advisor, providing HR expertise and continue to shape a positive workplace.
As the dedicated HR point of contact for specific business areas, you’ll support managers in all key aspects of the employee lifecycle—from hiring and development to performance and change management. You are a proactive HR with both a strategic and hands-on approach and you know how to successfully balance employee needs with business objectives.
