Your role at KIKO MILANO

We are looking for a Global Functions HR Business Partner, joining the HR Team, reporting to the HR Manager Global Functions.

This role will partner with business leaders to implement the HR strategy, with focus on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning and employee engagement.

In particular, you will:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Support the Line managers in organizational change initiatives, guaranteeing alignment with business needs
  • Partner with the business to assess talent needs and support recruitment efforts to attract the best candidates
  • Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition and quick integration into the company culture and work environment
  • Ensure new employees understand company values, policies, procedures, and expectations to drive early success.
  • Retain high-performing and talented people
  • Support the identification of training and development needs, partnering with the Learning and Development team to create effective programs.
  • Focus on talent retention by building a strong organizational culture and offering career growth opportunities.
  • Work with managers to assess employee performance and provide support on performance issues.
  • Assist in setting performance goals, conducting reviews, and implementing performance improvement plans where necessary.
  • Foster a positive work environment that drives employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall well-being
  • Ensure the company’s compensation strategy aligns with market trends and internal equity and support the execution of compensation and benefits processes, including salary reviews and performance-based rewards.

  • Provide support in managing compensation and benefits processes, such as annual salary review, MBO & variable payments
  • Monitor and track HR KPIs, such as turnover, headcount, and labor costs, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Support the execution of compensation and benefits processes, including salary reviews and performance-based rewards.
  • Lead or support key HR initiatives and projects, such as organizational restructuring, culture change, or process improvements.
  • Ensure change initiatives are effectively managed and aligned with business goals.

What you will need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications are a plus).
  • 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in retail company or in beauty sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Fluency in English in mandatory.
