Your role at KIKO MILANO

We are looking for a Global Functions HR Business Partner to join the HR Team, reporting to the HR Manager Global Functions.

This role will partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies focusing on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement.

In particular, you will:
  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Support line managers in organizational change initiatives, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Partner with the business to assess talent needs and support recruitment efforts to attract top candidates.
  • Lead onboarding for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition and quick integration into the company culture.
  • Ensure new employees understand company values, policies, procedures, and expectations to foster early success.
  • Retain high-performing talent and support their development.
  • Identify training and development needs, partnering with the Learning and Development team to create effective programs.
  • Focus on talent retention by building a strong organizational culture and offering career growth opportunities.
  • Assist in evaluating employee performance and providing support on performance issues.
  • Support performance goal setting, reviews, and performance improvement plans as needed.
  • Foster a positive work environment that enhances employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being.
  • Align the company’s compensation strategy with market trends and internal equity, supporting salary reviews and performance-based rewards.
  • Manage compensation and benefits processes, including salary reviews and variable payments.
  • Monitor HR KPIs such as turnover, headcount, and labor costs to support data-driven decisions.
  • Lead or support HR initiatives like organizational restructuring, culture change, or process improvements, ensuring effective change management.
What you will need to succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications are a plus).
  • At least 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in retail or the beauty sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
