Responsibilities

• HR in JYSK is highly operational and closely connected to our core business, the Retail branch. Each HR Business Partner gets a designated region where cooperation with Retail Managers is the cornerstone to success.
• The operational perspective requires HR Business Partners to be close to reality, in the stores and districts, and to support the region by being highly present in both guidance and follow-up.
• Direct impact on our results through training programs and collaboration with store and district teams.
• Act as a bridge between HR and Retail, communicating effectively and building strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Have documented success in previous recruiting and support of managers.
• High English proficiency, both written and oral.
• At least 5 years of experience in the corresponding role, preferably in the retail sector.
• Live or are ready to relocate to the centre-southern part of Italy (preferably Lazio / Toscana).
• Know labor law.

The operational presence which lies within this role will require extensive travelling. In addition to this, you must expect some yearly meetings and trainings in other JYSK countries with international colleagues.
