To represent the complete HR Service / Value Chain for the specific customer unit and contribute to representing the company in the territory.
A day in the life of a Factory HR Business Partner
Contribute to executing the business plan by creating and implementing People Strategies that attract, develop, and retain employees. Support short and long-term organizational needs to drive competitive advantage and address opportunities and threats. Drive flawless execution of HR initiatives. Coordinate and execute workforce planning for the specific customer unit. Interact with local stakeholders considering the territory, social impact, and sustainability:
