Position Snapshot
  • Location: Acqua Panna Factory, Scarperia (Firenze)
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR; previous experience in an HRBP role is a plus
  • Experience in a factory setting is mandatory
  • Employee relations acumen and knowledge of employment law are essential
  • Knowledge of Education & Training, factory setup, and Total Performance Management methodology
  • Fluent in Italian and English
Position Summary

Responsible for the people agenda within a specific factory and the driving force behind the creation and implementation of people plans aligned with the business strategy. Recognized as the expert in People Performance & HR within the customer unit. Represents the complete HR Service/Value Chain for the specific unit and contributes to the company's representation in the territory.

A day in the life of a Factory HR Business Partner

Contribute to executing the business plan through developing and implementing People Strategies that attract, develop, and retain employees. Support short and long-term organizational needs to drive competitive advantage and address opportunities and threats. Drive flawless execution of HR initiatives. Coordinate and execute workforce planning for the specific unit. Interact with local stakeholders considering territorial social impact and sustainability:

  • Recruitment tailored to local needs and territorial projects
  • Leverage win-win approaches with work councils for territorial and business sustainability
  • Engage with local government representatives
  • Promote safety initiatives and foster caring leadership and shared responsibility
  • Ensure performance and talent management drive business goals through objective setting, performance calibration, and talent development
  • Implement succession planning and talent management aligned with business objectives
  • Ensure People Managers utilize tools effectively for performance improvement
  • Coach others on interpreting and applying “Total Rewards” principles and policies
  • Establish effective relationships with managers, employees, and representatives, fostering communication and cooperation
  • Promote a productive, open, safe, and equitable culture
  • Ensure HR policy and practice compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to develop practices that enhance HR contribution and efficiency
