We are recruiting for an HR Business Partner to join a globally established and iconic automotive brand on a 12 month FTC. This role can either be based in Italy or France and you'll only be required into the office 2-3 times per month.

The HR Business Partner will support France and the SPI region (Spain, Portugal, Italy), acting as the primary HR contact for business leaders on day-to-day people matters. The role focuses on delivering strategic and operational HR solutions that align workforce capabilities with business goals. You'll also work collaboratively, to provide support of organisational programs for performance management, rewards & recognition, employee development and staffing.

Responsibilities
Human Resources Consultation & Management
  • Supports execution of HR strategies and advises leaders and employees on HR policies, tools, and processes.
  • Ensures compliance, improves performance, and enhances organisational effectiveness.
  • Partners with COEs to deliver change initiatives, employee relations support, talent development / acquisition, performance management, engagement, communication, and HR programmes aligned with business goals.
Integrated Business Solutions
  • Aligns HR capabilities with business unit objectives to strengthen performance and productivity.
  • Collaborates with COEs to design effective HR solutions that address business challenges.
Strategic Partner
  • Works closely with leadership and HR colleagues to execute strategic plans.
  • Understands talent needs and partners with OD to ensure HR programmes support business priorities and culture.
Strategy Development & Execution
  • Contributes to business planning and performance measures.
  • Translates strategy into actionable HR solutions and ensures people impacts are understood in decision-making.
  • Identifies workforce implications and develops proactive solutions.
Talent Management
  • Anticipates talent issues and promotes strong performance management practices.
  • Supports diversity and inclusion across business units.
  • Works with HR leadership and COEs to implement talent, reward, and workforce programmes consistently and in line with employment law.
Who You Are
  • Relevant HR experience; automotive sector experience is beneficial, but not required.
  • Fluent in English and French or Spanish, or Italian.
  • CIPD-qualified (or equivalent).
  • Strong supervisory and operational HR background.
  • Skilled in recruitment, compliance, labour standards, and employee relations.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive change and influence stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of compensation, HR systems, and best-practice HR processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills; comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
