A leading global brand based in North-East Italy is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide guidance and support to employees, manage KPIs, and oversee recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in HR roles, excellent communication skills, and a strong analytical background. A university degree in Business or Law and proficiency in English are required. This position offers opportunities to engage in international HR activities.

Competenze

• Proven experience in similar roles.
• Fluent knowledge of the English language.
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.

The HR Business Partner, under the supervision of the HR Director, will :

• Provide guidance and advice to employees supporting their performance and development;
• Plan and monitor KPIs;
• Monitor all phases of the recruitment, selection and evaluation process;
• Take ownership of the Executive Search activities for highly skilled profiles;
• Participate in international HR activities.

Requisiti
